Irish born Grainne Gallanagh, a model, nurse, and beauty pageant titleholder was crowned as Miss Universe Ireland 218.
Hailing from the town of Buncrana in the County of Donegal, Ireland, Grainne has earned a Bachelor of Science degree, and works as a nurse specializing in the empowerment of women's health issues.
On 2 August 2018, Gallanagh was crowned as Miss Universe Ireland 2018 at the Mansion House of Dublin.
